Week 1

In week one, the group members meet up and brainstorm ideas about the project. One idea that was proposed was a drone that follows the user with an umbrella attachment. However the idea was not acceptable as the group agree to build a utility umbrella for the average everyday working man. During the brainstorming process, each member began to learn more about one another as well as meeting our professor and TA.

We prepared a problem statement which becomes, "Fixing daily umbrella problems while adding additional features that an ordinary umbrella does not do."

After creating a problem statement, the team began to plan a timeline including the weekly team meeting outside of the design lab meeting.
